Edmundsbury Court Estate Community Hall managed by the Tenants & Residents Association
Comprises main hall, toilets and entrance, and kitchen area with professional oven. The main hall is an open space, suitable for meetings, training, receptions etc. It can hold 60 people in theatre layout, 48 people in cabaret layout (6 round tables of 8), 30 people in classroom layout and 20 people in board room layout. The kitchen room is divided into the open kitchen area with a room large enough to host a meeting of 12 people.

GUEST PARKING
Guests from outside the estate must use the guest car park at the front of the square, Ferndale Road side. All cars parked on the estate must display the appropriate permit, and be parked in a proper car park space. Failure to do so may incur a fine plus a deduction from your hire deposit. Guest scratch card parking permits are required (available from Olive Morris House) for parking on the estate between 7am-7pm, except bank holidays).

For parties, both the main hall and the kitchen need to be booked, and you are unable to book the kitchen or main hall separately on a Saturday night.
Oven £10 per session Chafer sets (x4) £2 each. Catering pots and pans £2 each. BBQ catering grill £30 (£15 refundable after cleaning). PA system is included in the hire of the hall.
We proved an online booking service, and regret we are unable to take payments in cash or book the hall on your behalf. Pease use the form below to view availability and book the hall to your required date and time. A deposit will not be taken in advance, but if damage or cleaning is deemed necessary, we retain the right to deduct the amount required after your event from you card: up to £100.
RESIDENT DISCOUNT
Please note: members of the Edmundsbury TRA receive a discounted rate if you register BEFORE booking – please email edmundsbury@icloud.com with your name, phone number, address and email address in order to register (registration implies that you sign up to be a member of the TRA if not already). You only need to register once to receive a continued discount
If you want to have a look around the hall, before you book, please book in half an hour session on the ‘Hall Viewing’ column (which is of course free), though it may ask you for your details. Booking a hall viewing does not stop others booking the hall, so if there is an event on when you want to view the hall, we’ll let you know, and ask the event organisers if it’s still OK to show you around.
We have a recorded music licence and are fully insured.
CARETAKER
Our caretaker, Dan, will put the heating on an hour before (if necessary) and open up and lock up for you.
